PACE/HEAP CAN ASSIST YOU IN YOUR UTILITY BILL PAYMENT
This program can provide free assistance on your Gas or Electric Utility Bills. It is designed to help eligible households offset their heating and cooling costs. Priority is given to the elderly, disabled, and families with young children. You must meet the low income eligibility requirements. This program is funded by the Federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program through the State of CA, DCSD. If you qualify, a credit will be posted on your account.
